just finished playing the demo, did 100% besides 20/20 (may genuinely try it tho, iunno) and wow this is fucking awesome
i cant wait for the full version, this games gonna be so cool
also thanks for including me in the special thanks :3
this game was made by minesweeper freaks for minesweeper freaks and i think thats beautiful honestly
Played the demo to almost 100% I believe? (Was missing 3 characters im pretty sure, i did the full 2 nights 4 different times with all the characters and did the puppet mask thing and got GF and Springtrap, not sure how to get the remaining three in the demo.)
Art style is immaculate, I love the salvage mechanics and the night gameplay itself is very fun and I can see how much more chaotic it will get with the rest of the characters.
Keeping my thoughts brief since this is just a demo, but I can tell this will be an incredibly replayable fangame (I spent a few hours on just this demo!)
I don't think I have any specific criticisms, but maybe make the mini games a little more playable throughout the nights? Believe me, I tried, but I cannot play a proper game of minesweeper in the middle of a fnaf night. Most progress I found was with the Chica one. I understand that these are probably more of a bonus feature, but I would like to see them become more of an option for higher difficulties, they're fun!
And maybe this is already planned, but I'd love to see more unlockables (office decorations, more graphic settings, and maybe a Very Hard mode character if you're feeling crazy)
Looking forward to the full release!
Mini Review: Very awesome game, I love and I mean LOVE this game's art style, I really love how everything is 3d with 2d sprites, gives a very unique vibe. The game play loop is also pretty neat, glad you have other stuff to do that isn't just starting at the animatronics.
Without spoiling anything the post night segments where very cool and unique, and very interesting.
Overall I'm super excited for the full version, keep up the great work.
Edit: I will say my main suggestions would be for some of the audio cues to have panning (Bonnie/Chica's Footsteps, W.Freddy etc)
Hi! I'm a long time fan of the Frickbear series ever since the first one released on scratch. I didn't spend too long on 1 because it got taken down shortly after I found it, but 2 was such a blast to play through, I managed to beat main story on hard mode with all the secret animatronics, and it was fun!
Back to this game though, it was a blast to see the classic artstyle renditioned into a smooth, 3D fangame. It was fun playing through the game with all the different characters and getting all the secret endings. I especially liked the changes of the salvage segment, really a big surprise after the second game's salvage segment just being collecting the animatronics quickly and being done. Another thing I liked was the Springtrap and the vent animatronic reworks. I think it was definitely the right call to make the vent animatronics resistant to the audio lure, since in 2 it was basically a "defend once and they can't attack again" kinda deal. Springtrap too, was more challenging to fend off against in this mode, fitting of the "concerning" difficulty, heh.
One suggestion that I'd like to make is to make the masks matter more in the actual night sections, since while the escape sequence is good, it really is just a one-time and done thing, which make the mask a lot easier to get than springtrap, as well as not mattering during the custom night mode. An idea that I have is that (presuming the other masks corresponds to the other spirits in the Happiest Day) every mask you take will make the respective animatronics more aggressive because...ghost stuff idk, Freddy mask make the Freddies more aggressive, Bonnie mask makes the Bonnies more aggressive, etc. The change can be something other than higher AI value and changing how their AI works. For example, making Freddy being able to switch sides, making it harder to keep track off him, making the minigames harder (more bombs or something) for Toy Freddy, and making Withered Freddy being able to do fakeouts, as in making him able to turn back quickly after being blocked once. I think that could be a cool addition to the game, as well as making the ending where you get all items much more rewarding to get, and making the maxmode sound cooler (Five Nights at Frickbears 3 40/20 Mode All Masks No Shop COMPLETE!).
Just a suggestion, again, great demo, looking forward to playing through the whole game when it releases!
Five Nights at Frickbear's 3 is a FNaF fangame with a big focus on player choice and replayability, featuring a uniquely goofy art style, a metric buttload of unique animatronic enemies, 3D free-roam minigames, and multiple story routes!
Can YOU survive Five Nights at Frickbear's? ...3?
The demo for this game features three playable night guards, the first two nights, the post-night minigame between them, and 20 of the final game's planned 40 animatronics. There may be some additional secrets and alternate endings for you to uncover as well...but you'll just have to play it to find out!
BEFORE YOU PLAY: Despite being the third entry in the series, you do NOT have to play Frickbear's 1 or 2 to understand anything in this game! This entry and its story are completely self-contained.
Additionally, this is an early build of the game, so you may run into a bug or two! I've already been made aware of a bug with the resolution on certain peoples' computers. If the game's text seems crunchier than it should be, I'd suggest messing around with the graphics options in the settings menu and switching to the "Full Color" filter, since in our testing that one doesn't seem to have the issue.
All that aside, I hope you have fun! If you have any feedback, feel free to leave a comment.

After being contacted by the Friedrich's legal team, I am compelled to say that the previous post was a joke. Please disregard it.
