It’s hard to imagine that Tom van den Boogaart (generally known as just Tom) hasn’t been making indie games for years. The young Dutch developer burst onto the scene in the summer of 2013 with Bear needs to hack stuff and hasn’t stopped making games since. So far, he’s gifted us all with almost two dozen free games, several of which have garnered him press, acclaim, and a whole bunch of fans. And he’s just getting started. The breadth and scope of Tom’s work is impressive.
