Slendytubbies 3 : Infection Calamity.

Such a shame this is canceled as its one of the best mods I've played and also a shame for no sandbox mode but it has a few things I've never seen anyone do before that I can forgive the forever lack of sandbox.

I like exploring the maps and closely examining the enemies and its hard to do that in collect mode lol
