DONTFORGET (Undertale/Deltarune Online Fangame)

DONTFORGET is an Undertale/Deltarune fangame project created and led by RickyG, with the help of a talented team of passionate Undertale fans!

The current version of the game is known as DF CONNECTED, an online-multiplayer Undertale fangame! By logging in with a GameMakerServer account, you can play online with other players from all across the globe! Explore a reimagined Underground, encounter familiar foes with new tricks, choose from over 50 playable characters, make new friends, and much more!

Whether you're looking for your next adventure, or just want to hang out and chat with other players, DF CONNECTED has something for you!

In the future, the game will also be receiving a single-player Story Mode! While we're keeping the storyline under wraps for now, the general premise is that you'll follow the journey of a human teenager named Harlow, who becomes entangled in the aftermath of a tale that should have ended long ago...

Due to some recent changes that GameJolt have made, the download for the game may not be visible on mobile devices. Also, due a strange GameJolt/Android quirk, the download had to be changed into a zip file instead of a normal apk file. To play the game, simply download the zip file, then use an app like the "Files" app on your device to extract the zip. You can then install the included apk file as usual.

Haven't I seen a fan-game called "Don't Forget" multiple times before?

• DONTFORGET is one of the oldest ongoing Undertale fan-games, having been around since early-2016! There have been many versions of the game released over the years, and DF has continued to evolve ever since! Check out the "DF Forgotten Collection", a compilation of older versions of the game, to experience our history!

Can I record a video of this game for YouTube?

• Of course, you are more than welcome to record yourself playing DF, feel free to leave a link to your video in the comments as well! All we ask is that you put a link to the game in your video's description!

Can I join the team/be an admin for this game?

• Thanks for the offer! If we're ever looking for new team members, there will be a devlog announcing it. For now we're doing okay, but we might need more help in the future. Keep an eye out!

Can I use a track from the OST for something I'm making?

• Yes... you can use our OST for stuff like background music in YouTube videos or streams, but only if you provide the proper credit to the composers, and a link to this game somewhere that can be clearly seen. However, our policy on fangames is different: we do not approve of our OST being used in other fangames!

Can I use Harlow in my game/comic/animation?

• Using Harlow for a cameo appearance is totally fine and something we always love to see! However, if you want to use Harlow for something a bit more than that, such as including them as a playable character in your game, please ask us for direct permission first.

Can I make a fan-project based on DONTFORGET?

• If you want to make a mod, animation, or even a fan-game based on DONTFORGET, go for it! As long as it's clearly marked as unofficial and not associated with RickyG or the DF team.

Is the official name of the project "Don't Forget" or "DONTFORGET"?

• The official way to write the project's name is "DONTFORGET", in all caps and no spaces. This is to keep it stylistically consistent with "UNDERTALE" and "DELTARUNE", which are also written in all caps and no spaces. However, writing it as "Don't Forget" is fine too.

Will this project ever be fully completed?

• Truthfully, I can't answer this for sure... but there's a story that I really want to tell with this game, and I want to see it through to the end.

  It's been over 7 years since I started this project, and I'm not going to stop until I've achieved what I set out to do: to make something special for the game that has meant so much to me.

  I don't know how long it will take, but I want to finish this.

  So, until then... "don't forget", okay?
