Great arcade game. It shows the true potential of Game Maker. I liked playing it, but I probably won't play it over again. XD

This game shows promise, but it looks incomplete and very ugly. I like the 3d camera, but the movement sucks, and the intro, while amusing, gets annoying quickly, and the "press X [space]" confused me, because 'x' doesn't work, only space does. Overall, it's a nice demo. Polish the graphics (and audio) and work out a fun way to move. Die rolls just don't cut it. 2/5.

Why would you use a 3d framework for a 2d game? It seems like wasted resources. Aside from that, great game, I like it.

Hey, thanks for the offer regarding the game engines you've been developing. I'm no coder myself, but I would like to learn how to program in Flashdevelop with AS3 eventually... Don't know if my brain will allow that. Haha. I've got the tools needed (without actually using Flash), so now the challenge is just to find the time to learn, and see if I CAN learn...

There's nothing hard about the first screen. You drop down, wait by the wall for the spike wall to start retracting, follow it, rinse, and repeat. If you were playing on medium, then you have to shoot the save box as you advance along the bottom row because that spike wall will kill you repeatedly as you advance. Also, the entire purpose of the shooting is to hit save boxes, kill bosses and enemies, and, if you go down from the first screen, trigger the loose spike so you can land on it. There is nothing about the game meant to insult the player, just to give them a good challenge that can, at times, be frustrating. But it's not impossible, as someone even managed to beat the game on the &qu

Your comment about I Wanna Be The Guy makes no sense. From your comment, you never made it past the second screen in the game, so how would you know if the game is "totally insane" or not. Furthermore, obstacles like that apple are what make the game great- they slowly raise the difficulty and make every life a learning experience in the game. You have to remember what happens where and come up with strategies to overcome the deathtraps you've fallen to before. You didn't even try to play the game before commenting, so this should also be a learning experience for you.
