A Starspangled Zephyr

this is a collaboration between Travis Schutter and I, it's a retro+psychedelic space shooter with massive cosmic winds for bosses

move with arrows, shoot with space, and accumulate upgrades as you make your way to the edge of the universe!

  I think the concept is good but it was executed poorly. The graphics looked great with the fake 3d effect but I would use a different control scheme and make it easier to tell what blocks did what. Also add more time on the tutorial.
