Fixed some more bugs, and this is possibly the last release of SGP for Windows (1.00a for OSX is still to come).

- New row of bricks appearing on levelups won't kill you like it did on odd occasions.

- Screen rumbling was toned down a bit. I love your eyes.

- Restricted cleanup bonus conditions: you get it when the screen is clear AND there are no more than two vegs in the air.
