Richard in Space

Coming to a Game Jolt near you, Richard in Space, the first collaboration between the Atom Bros. team (W!TS & Electron).
Richard is your average space garbageman from little hometown, Masculinity, Mars. When his planet is taken over by space pirates, Richard finds himself blazing through hyperspace in his little yellow space ferrari, fighting off the evil do-ers of the galaxy as he escapes certain death. But these spacedicks might pack a little more punch than he can handle! Help Richard in this shmup full of action, romance, and laughter, as he attempts to survive deep in the black depths against the unknown.
This was made over the course of three days as our first collaboration in order to prepare for the GameJolt Fear competition! Due to the rush of finishing, in order to start for the competition, we'll probably end up making some tweaks to the game later on~

Leaderboards
Gameplay seems quite mundane though and not much to play after a while
Keep it on the background, but don't let it affect the gameplay.
I would suggest adding some warning to the lasers (right now it's instahit), and making enemy bullets flashier, so we can see them better. It's kinda unfair rather than fun because of those.
Also, new high score :)
