(description may be bad... my English is not too good actually)
Did you ever exprience a lack of clipboards? That special feeling that you get when you cannot use clipboard, because there is something important there, and you cannot open *another* notepad file because your desktop is already filled with these? This program is made to solve all kinds of problems with copying and storing text.
What does it do? It provides you with a simple system to store text in. As you can (probably) see from a screenshot, main window interface is made out of 3 buttons, 2 labels, and a textbox. Buttons "«"\"»"are made to scroll through the saved items (number of items is automatically increased if scrolling past the current count), and "T" is made to change item title (displayed below the textbox)... just in case you forget, what you wrote\pasted.
Another part of program is the tray icon. You may double-click one to hide\show OverNotes, or right click for a number of options:
"Up!" - display OverNotes & focus on the window.
"Hide" - hide Overnotes. This does not close the program.
"Alpha :: #" - displays current window opacity (in %), click to change. (default: 100)
"Stay on top: #" - displays if the window should stay on top of other windows, click to toggle. (default: on)
"ReCaption" - click to rename the main program window and tray icon (in case the name bores you)
"Exit" - close the program. All unsaved data will be lost.
In addition, in main window you may click current item number to bring up 'goto' menu, click item title to edit it, and double click any empty area to hide the window.
To run this program, you do not need internet connection, administrator privelegies, or even file system.
