Icosa is a freeware application/system which allows you to obtain achievements, see what your friends are playing, message your friends, etc. All of these things are saved online to one account. In addition to all of the things that the system lets you do, the main application has numerous settings. You can change the text color, background color, toggle the background effect, and choose the keys to use to navigate the menu.

Like...
Use of a font that has easily distinguishable capital and small letters plus include numbers and special characters (maybe http://www.dafont.com/pixelmix.font?)
An online, open/public chat. It would be cool if it connected to the main site, but I guess that would be very hard (although if you knew SQL and good php you could make your own)
Game database, were you can download stuff on the application itself.
Sizeble windows and minabilizable window. Although you can press the windows button, it still can get annoying. And you may want to keep looking at it while you're doing something else as well.
Mac version? Not for me... but think of the potential there.
Custom avatars and background?
Bold fonts.
Open, public message board (forum).
This seems fussy but if you really want this well used than I, with probably many others, would agree upon this kind of stuff. It has to stand out, and although it has to an extent, is it re-usable? Oh, and are some things I said just not possible since you've already made a framework?
