David Lawson, reporter, goes to the apartment of R J Coombs, local nut and all-round weirdo, after Coombs leaves a note for him at the offices of the City Pursuer newspaper. Upon arriving, Lawson finds Coombs is missing and sets about piecing together the clues he finds in the apartment.

Awesome game. I stumbled across it earlier today while looking for something to get some Let's Play recording experience with and I was plenty pleased. Definitely going to give Unbound a shot.

Save the "Heartland_Deluxe.exe" to your desktop. Run it, and a folder called "Heartland Deluxe v1.1" should then appear (on your desktop).

What must have happened is that you chose to run the file automatically after it was downloaded, so it extracted itself to your temporary internet file folder. It's probably in there, but depending on what browser you're using it might be a little awkward to track down.

Wow. That was more like watching an epic movie or reading a page-turner than playing a game. I don't like thrillers, and I don't like horror movies, but that sir was extremely well made.

The controls were a little bit inconsistent, and I hated having to go through all of those tapes, but it was a good game. I always love the creepy old music like what you had at the end,

Very well made, an immersive environment with really well made panoramic mechanic. I am aware that the sequel is available, but as a stand alone title it's a bit short, but that's a minor criticism. Atmospheric, intriguing and amazingly immersive. Exceedingly well done.
