Gray
By Fitz - Added On 2/5/2013
Meet Gray - an unbearably cute and insanely smart alien. Follow his unfortunate excursion to Planet Earth. Help him conquer Earth. "Gray" is a retro adventure game -- a classic point&clicker with 320x240 graphics in 4C (four colors!), with mesmerizing original soundtrack, lots of crazy dialogues, informative monologues, ridiculous riddles, snide humor, useless trivia, occasional vandalism and good ol' pixel hunting.

I bet!
None the less it's not a mark against your game; a lot of my favorite old adventure games (BASS and Maniac Mansion) were very much on the wordy side.
I look forward to more adventure games from you!
As far as a walkthrough is concerned, a very friendly reviewer at jayisgames did that for me :D Here it is: http://jayisgames.com/archives/2013/02/gray_fitz.php#walkthrough -- just click on Show Spoiler to reveal different sections of the walkthrough. So that'll get you started. But I think it's more fun to try everything on everything :)
As for the game engine, I'm using Adventure Game Studio ( http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/ ) -- and yeah, I'll be using it for the sequel, too. I have great plans for Unity engine, in some distant future, but for now AGS works for me, I know it a little and I know what kind of things I can do with it and how :)
1. The pillow will be something of a similar nature as the sun.
2. You'll find it in a different location. You should notice it, because it appears only after you've talked to the Sun.
3. You'll also need something that you'll find by the lake.
These are just basic hints to get you started, and some trouble people generally had with it, it's actually quite a long quest, and I don't want to spoil the rest for you (though if you happen to have more questions, feel free to ask). And you're totally right about the glitch! Had to check the code if that's possible -- and yeah, my bad :) Oh well, let's say it's an easter egg :P
Individual responses to everything are my pride in this game :) You can use, touch, look at and talk to everything, and a lot of times you'll get different responses depending on the situation's changed. It was a hellish amount of work to write, then script, and THEN also translate. So I'll definitely think twice before doing that in any future project -- but it was fun nonetheless :) Glad people are enjoying it!
And congrats on your feature, too! I'll have to play it, I'm a total sucker for those logic/arcade games. Have you played Ambidextrous?
This is really genial!
