- Game Overview
ULTRA QUICK DESCRIPTION:
This is a strategy RPG game - You have soldiers and you move them on your "turn" attack with them, etc.
It takes place in the medieval times, but in a fantasy setting (as we see in most games) with wizards and magical items etc.
The Strategy/RPG part is in the battle engine, after the battle is over, the game resumes in the world map, where you move your character/party. This is where the game gets more interesting: The game world will be self interactive, meaning that empires will really fight for control of the world, using their resources, plotting assassinations, etc. You are just dumped into the huge game world.
For windows and linux (with wine)
CURRENT RELEASE: BUILD 1.
BUILD 1 CONTAINS ONLY THE BATTLE SYSTEM, FULLY MODDABLE.

Missed the wine comment there, although that still doesn't quite work as native compatibility. Incorrect tagging is rife on GameJolt, and I don't think that's conductive to the usability of the site. Don't take things so personally, but if a game doesn't work on the listed platforms, then it deserves a low rating... Also, swearing, threatening, and namecalling are are all more childish and destructive to the community than voicing complaints through the means given to you

Thanks for alleviating the rating, I'll get a mod to remove it alltogether rather than have an undeserving 5 here, because that ain't so hot either. ;)
I don't think I went overboard with any swearing or name calling, but to each his own. -

Where's the Linux download link? If it's not native, please don't list it as such

I said, very specifically, in the description that the linux compatibility is just the that the game is optimized to work with wine. Now please remove your foolish, rude rating.

I left a message over at YYG...
"Everything about this game is very professional. I like the style of the graphics, very neat. The sound was very very good, especially for a GM game. Almost on par with professionals. Gameplay was advanced and well done. Only suggestion I would make would be to make it a little faster paced. Allow an option to skip enemies turns, those take to long, and you should lower party size and the space between you and the enemy to make battles a little bit more immediate. 5/5" -

Quicksand-games - Hey man! I'll post a screenshot on the website soon of the game without the hud - it looks WAY cleaner.
Most fighting soldiers will have some sort of sweeping ability that will let them attack multiple people within their range - the arc will vary based on their stats and the level of their skill.
I've already finished a couple items on the list for build 2 - progress is going much faster than build 1, where we had to build the game engine. Here it's already done so the actual addition of features is much easier. So I'm guessing a couple of months, but you never know what comes up. :P
Glad you liked it! -

Interesting RPG-strategy hybrid.
That said, I'm glad you're getting rid of the HUD in build 2. I found it very claustrophobic, haha.
My only other suggestion is to make attacks able to hit any enemy in range, not just the one you click on. For example, if you swing your sword at two enemies clustered together they should both get hurt.
When is build 2 projected for? -
