Game Jolt Race

After a long break I have decided to revive the Game Jolt Race.

EDIT:OK we're going to give this a second chance.

This compo will be run from 2 to 7 pm EDT on friday July 27th, I may not be here to announce it officially but if the timer runs down then you may start. A countown can be found here.

Rules:

-You will have 5 hours to develop you're game.

-Only one entry per person per race.

-There will be a theme that you are to implement into your game.

-Previous winners are now permitted to join the next race!

-You have until 30 minutes after the official end to post a link to the game page on this topic (7:30 pm EDT)

-The game must have a page on game jolt, you can distribute anywhere else but must have a page here as well.

-You may not use any pre made game content, excluding any libraries and such.

-You are, however, allowed to make a simple engine in advance, and/or a background, to help get you on your way, when the competition starts.

7pm-12am I'm pretty sure. I'm probably in too.

EDIT: I dun goofed. 9am-2pm.

I think you were right the first time, Elec. UK times are later than US times.

I'm not in if it's 9am-2pm, that's when I sleep.

I normally get up at 6:30. Anyways, I'm pleased with the attention this has attracted so far, I'll probably enter a non competing entry.

Can I do music ahead of time or is that against the rules?

I'm out. I just woke up and I can't think of a solid concept for superstition.

Darn you C#, why are you being mean to me at the most crucial time ever. I'm pulling through still... I hope.

Hm.. Two hours left, I haven't made anything useful yet. The theme is quite challenging to interpret.
